Payment Information and cancellation policy

Payment and Insurance

We are registered with most health insurance companies to provide physiotherapy, including BUPA, AXA, AVIVA, WPA and Simply Health. We are able to bill some insurance companies directly and these rates may vary according to the contract we have with them. If you wish to use your health insurance to fund your physiotherapy appointments please inform us when making your appointment. We will require your policy number and authorisation number.

Please ensure you gain authorisation prior to booking an appointment as insurance companies will not usually give authorisation retrospectively.

Occasionally some insurers may struggle to find us on their list. We are registered with nearly all companies so please call us for our provider number.

f you hold a policy with a provider who we are not registered with, we can provide you with a receipt, but cannot guarantee that you will be able to claim the costs back from your provider.

Please note that your policy may require you to pay an excess, and some insurance companies will require you to pay this directly to us. We advise that you check with your health insurance provider what you are covered for, and any excess which may apply.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for any fees which are not covered by your insurance. Thank you.

Self funding

Self-funding patients must pay in full after each appointment. Our up to date fees are listed on our website here: Prices

We accept payment by BACS, debit and credit card and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

We require you to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment which you have booked with Lymington Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic.

For any late cancellations (less than 24 hours), or if you do not turn up for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you in full for the appointment.
